RETURNS
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns and exchanges of non
sale items must be made within 15 days of receiving your package and must be in new
and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Refunds will be given
based on original payment method.
 
If your original order included a shipping charge, we cannot refund the shipping.

RETURN SHIPMENT: Ship the product back, in new and unused condition with all
original tags and packaging, along with a copy of your receipt as well as your order
number. We will notify you once we have received your return. If you have questions
regarding the return process for an online order you can call toll free 1-800-249-8732.
Customers are responsible for return postage, except in the event of human error
(receiving an item that differs from the order), or defective product, in which case we
will provide a pre-paid return label. If human error is not concluded as the reason for
return after return shipping has been supplied then the amount paid for return shipping
will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
